Temp 73 Wind 9 mph. Humidity 85% Dew Point 68°.

IIB Day. Sluggish from time I got out of bed. Hammys and glutes fine. Groin, hip flexors, and quads achy and not firing at all. Looking back over last 7-10 days, maybe that's normal. Still, will proceed with care.

To the track for drills and striders. Plyo drills in set. Striders at about 50% effort. All I could muster. Head on over to Russell Street hill in City Park. Total of 5.76 miles in 51:21.

12 x 10-12 Second Hill Repeats w/ 2:00 Minute Walk Intervals. First one 0:13. Third one 0:12. All the others 0:11. These felt pretty darn good. No discomfort. 1.40 miles in 26:00.

Jog home of 1.64 miles in 14:01. Feel better, but may do a little more biking than running tomorrow.
