Temp 60 Wind 8 mph.
8 x 0:30 second hill repeats. Recoveries = 2 minutes jogging and 1 minute of walking. These suppose to be at 2nd-3rd lap of one mile effort. Pretty much in mid 5s on each; just about right. Flirted with 5:00 a couple of middle reps, and dipped under once. This was something different and had fun.
Upper body weight workouts on Wednesday & Thursday. Will follow-up tonight with light squats and leg curls.
