Hill Circuits. Continued attempt to sharpen without overdoing it. Appx. 0:30 seconds on the up/down/stride intervals. Expected this to be a 16-18 minute workout, not 20...may have missed the mark this morning.
IMO, if 20 min puts you over the edge you are overcooked already. 2-3 extra Today won’t make the difference.
