Legs dead, but not sore. No dings. Start with a 12:00 minute stationary bike ride. Stretching, HS PT, and core exercises lite follow. Finish with a short Recovery Run.

Sunday PM: Plyo, dumbbell squats, and hip flexor kicks. Weights (biceps).
