AT Tempo on Track. Threw on the skinny shoes, out the door, and headed to the track. Tempo = 29:43 minutes at 7:35 average pace. Splits: 7:35 / 7:40 / 7:33 / 6:54 (7:31). On the track in flats with some daylight...almost cheating. Easy jog back to the house.
