Temp 70 Wind 10 mph. Humidity 87% Dew Point 66°.
Easy Run. Warm and muggy, but breeze feels 10° cooler than air temperature. Looks like change is on the way. Have not been as fluid this week as I was prior to 8-mile race. Genetically predisposed arthritic hip has been telling me about it. Made sure to keep all in alignment start to finish this morning and things went much better. Lots of dimes (5), a nickel, and a penny.
