Temp 62 Winds Calm.
50:00 Minute Run/Walk. On concrete with hills today. Point-to-point neighborhood loops. 2 x 13:30ish minutes @ 9:24 / 9:11 and 2 x 8:30ish minutes @ 9:00 / 8:54. Glute/hip a non-factor. Best its done since on-set. Close to being able to run continuously, but will continue to take it slow and built strength in the gym for another 2-4 weeks.
