Temp 22 (22) Winds Calm.

Interval Day (Attempt #2). Not encouraged by warm-up. Hips and upper HS firing fine, but not so much on down the line. Will go out and go to it like normal. Figure if things don't work, they won't work. Barely make it to end of street before it starts "grabbing". Most recent issue was in glute, upper leg. This is lower, slightly above the back of the knee towards the outside; i.e. bicep femoris (either short head or bottom of long head)?

Regardless, time to shut it down while it is minor, rest it, rehab it, and come back healthy and stronger. Charleston is off the calendar. Looking long term and looking at this as just a part of the next training cycle.
