Temp 59 Winds Calm.
Easy 65:00 Minutes. Still sore from Sunday. Original plan was to do some drills today and short intervals tomorrow, but think I'll just jog around a few days and recover some more. Staying downtown and thought about heading out west towards Jefferson School, then switched up and took off for a few loops around the capitol, then headed over the Missouri River bridge, Norin Landing, and a few loops around Cedar City before heading back the same way.
