Easy with Drills and Striders. Wet roads and damp air, but no rain. Pick up Brian J. at Casey's and take a "high-road" route over to the track. Full low-impact drill set and four striders. Paul S. shows for his weekly interval session and hits a few of the drill laps with us. Jogging pace 9:30ish today. Legs feel great.
