Notes

Snow plows finally ran last night. Seventy-two hours after-the-fact. Nice Zamboni effect leaves the roads slicker than they were before. Sunny and temps above freezing today, so may make it outside again by tomorrow. For now, back to the basement and will figure out a productive workout. Generally tired, but legs feel strong.

Warm-Up = 2.49 miles in 20:00.

Tune-Up = 1.00 progressive mile in 7:19.

Workout = 12 x 0:45 seconds on / 1:00 minute off. 2 @ 6:10 / 2 @ 6:05 / 2 @ 6:00 / 2 @ 5:55 / 2 @ 5:50 / 2 @ 5:45. No way to jog the recoveries, so just straddled the belt. Left the incline on 1.5% for the workout. Again, more focus than physical.

Cool-Down = 3.0 miles in 24:33. Hopped off at 2.0 and 2.5 for superset of one-leg dead-lifts and one-leg squats.
