Temp 51 Winds Calm.

Slow jogging wrapped around low-impact drills, plyo drills, and striders. Legs bouncing back nicely from yesterday's 400s and weightlifting. Stride in allignment. Its time to race again. Looking at about 36-48 hours of R-n-R before pre-race tune-up on Saturday.
