Short Easy Run with Three Striders. Still working on putting myself back together. Having to use about every tool in my shed. Feel pretty good when and after moving. Mostly surface fibers, deep down pretty strong. Able to hold good form start to finish and strider turnover topping just above and below five flat. Nice payday: six dimes, a nickel, and eight pennies.
