Easy Jogging with Drills and Strides. About 20:00 minutes of jogging, shuffling, and feet scuffing from the house to the track. Over 15:00 minutes of drills and strides. Strides started at 6:30ish and was topping sub 5:45 before finishing. Smoother and easier than they have felt in weeks/months. Easy jaunt back to the house. Real jogging. Tightness in calf subsiding. Groin and stone bruise in the rearview mirror.
