Road Intervals. Simple instructions. 10-20 x 0:30 seconds with 1:00 minute jog intervals. Jog a total of 17:00 minutes with 4 x hill sprints (counted towards desired volume of speed work) to prime.

Used the fairly smooth, and for all practical purposes flat, asphalt on Parkview to do my business. Hit 12 reps and spent probably close to 90% of the time in the 6:30-6:15 range.

Loop the park, then easy back to the house for a cool-down. Two pennies.
