Long Run. CBEM weekly get together. Audibles being called left and right this morning. Last night's snow delays start time. Gun show traffic clogs up mile repeat loop. End up doing Hammer's pre-HM workout and then topping it off with another 30:00+ minutes of on-my-feet time.
Start with a 2+ mile loop and a couple of striders to shake off the chill. Kelpe breezes by in opposite direction in prep for Psycho Wyco. Hope we didn't catch a cold from the breeze.
