Easy 90:00 Minutes. Temps still summer warm, but first time in twelve days the dew point has been under 70° and the humidity less than 90%. Noticeable. Took sports drink with me anyways. Hit it once at about 15:00 minutes, but barely broke a sweat, so saved the rest to drink afterwards for recovery. East Main, Shawnee Blvd/Ridge Road, looping Savannah Ridge Subdivision, and back via Adams. Lots of hills averaging 90+ feet of inclines per mile. First two miles at 8:56 / 8:50. Last full mile at 8:09 and finished at 8:04. Gentle progression in between. Lot of auto-pilot time. Three pennies.
