Easy with Hill Sprints. Jog around a couple of miles to shake out the stiffness in my right knee. Never "popped" like I was hoping, but did get loose. Hit 6 x hill sprints in the park. Hill jogging muscles shot. Hill sprinting muscles have some spunk. Another 50:00-plus easy jogging. Three quarters, two dimes, and five pennies for an even dollar.
