Weather pleasant this morning. Body starting to perk back up. Moving at a faster pace with fraction of effort. Bit of a progression (9:49 / 9:35 / 9:27). Looks promising for tonight's speed work; just need to remember to be disciplined about it.
Town more active than normal...don't know if it was Friday morning activity or Thursday night activity.
