Temp 52 Wind 15 mph.

Need to do final prep for Saturday. Plan is to do a workout that require fast leg turnover. Go with 4 x 400 w/ 200 meter recovery jogs, then 4 x 200 (.13) w/ 200 meter (.13) recovery jogs. No goal or target times. Feeling sluggish and weak from not being able to eat much yesterday. Abdomen still sore from whatever it was the put me on my back most of Monday.

Will have wind at my back to finish 400 #1 & #3. Wind in my face for #2 & #4.

1:35 / 1:32 / 1:28 / 1:29 -- Nothing of note. Kind of felt I was re-learning to ride a bike on the first one. Recovery jogs all about 1:10ish. Jogged a full lap after #4 .

Moved to outside lane for 200s (.13). A lot of #3, and almost all of #4 will be into the wind.

0:43 / 0:45 / 0:44 / 0:44 -- Legs felt pretty toasted from the start. Wasn't thinking and pulled up early on #2. Recovery jogs all 1:13 or 1:14.
