Recovery Run. Wow, maybe I should have only done five hill repeats? Nothing bad, just don't have to think too hard to remember that I did a workout yesterday. Originally scheduled a 50:00 Minute Buffering Run, changed to a 40:00 Minute Recovery Run.

Lean day for a Saturday; nickel and six pennies. Fast-half of CBEM in action later this morning. Looking to dog the comp at the 2013 Dog Run.
