Easy Effort with Drills. Primary objective today was the drill / strider set. Another wet and damp morning; however, this one has an angry cold wind. Easy, easy jogging both sides of the drill / strider set. HS PT prior to run. Weds PM weights: 3 supersets with 96 reps of deadlifts, squats, and lunges.
