Easy 50:00 Minutes. Got up yesterday, got around, got dressed, warmed up, then walked outside into chilly air and misty rain. Turned around, went back inside, then laid or sit around on my butt all day long feeling guilty for wasting a whole day out of my life. Pathetic.
