Temp 71 Wind - why the hell would there be any wind on a day like today? Humidity 95% Dew Point 70°.
Recovery Run. Squats, hip flexor kicks and lunges last night. Started this morning with some unfocused stretching. 3.22 miles on the stationary bike in 12:00 minutes. 2.99 mile jog in 29:17. Looked at Garmin after hitting stop button and saw the 2.99. Could have turned it back on and taken a few steps, but have to be anal all day at work. I do this for fun.
L / R groin, upper quads, hamms, glutes...all shot, but in a pooped kind of way, not injured kind of way.
