Easy 70:00 Minutes. Cutting back midweek run 25%. Little extra swampy this morning. No issues, as once again find that heat and humidity is not hitting me as hard this summer as in recent years. Solid, strong, even effort start to finish over nice mixture of terrain. Stayed focused even thought I was stopping to bend over to pick up coins every half mile or so. Money all over town this morning. Quarter, five dimes, and six pennies.
