Hill Sprints and Hilly Tempo. Bit mentally distracted this morning, so will leave the 600s for another day. 6 x hill sprints and tempo = 24:50 @ 7:50 average pace. Started tempo in park on flat/rolling, 15+ minutes in the hills, and two laps on the track to wrap up.
