Temp 42 Winds Calm.
Easy 70:00 Minutes. Sit out long run yesterday after Saturday night turned into my third night in a row of 4 hours of sleep from inability to shut off my brain. To a point where I was scared of the impact on immune system.
Otherwise, was encouraging on Sunday afternoon to see there was a real youth softball game with people out sitting on the bleachers in the sun. Spent more of my weekend free time going local and working back in history after noticing more missing subplots from the normal script. No surprise. Folks know when things aren't right. Do what they think will make it different only to have the ones they trusted go AWOL. Odds increasing they will get what outsiders want rather than what two deserve and the rest really need.
