Easy 45:00 - 55:00 Minutes. Legs had some nice pop this morning. Still took 9:22 to get through the first mile pawing to find my way in a pre-dawn heavy fog darkness. Came in at an smooth 8:08 pace as it got lighter. Quarter, two dimes, two nickels, and eight pennies.
