Original Training Plan Workout = 2 x 15:00 Minute Tempo Intervals w/ 3:00 Minute Jog. Threshold work with a lactic clearance interval. Easy enough:
1) 16:00 minutes of walking.
2) 6:00 minutes on the elliptical to reset muscle memory.
3) 4 x 6:00 minutes at a tempo effort w/ 2:00 minute easy intervals. Averaged over 9.5 mph for the 30:00 minutes.
4) 12:00 minutes of walking for cool down.
