Long Run. Staying with the basics. About 15:00 minutes of jogging, drills, and striders to warm up. Primary workout is 100 minutes of easy effort hilly long running. Jax City Park to Cape Co Park and back to high school. 12.02 miles at 8:29 average pace over 1184 feet of inclines. That was fun. Cool down jogging back to car. Another 1.36 miles at 8:35 pace. Quarter, dime, six pennies and a Wal-Mart gift card with a $4.29 balance. Nearly a $5 day.
