Temp 72 Winds Calm. Humidity 90% Dew Point 69°.

Long Run. Early start. Some fog in the air, heavy enough in places to be closer to a mist. Short dynamic stretch out, drive to Tubman Park, shake out about 20:00 minutes with jogging and 4 x hill sprints.

Plan to go about two hours on hilly terrain. Mental map of a route in my head, but without thought to the actual distance. Doing that Galloway Stage 5 thing this morning. Not wanting to slog, but on the other hand, not wanting to hammer either. First three at 8:45 - 8:35. Settled in and finished at 8:20 - 8:05. Just shy of 1250 feet of inclines. Was at 1:51:XX pulling back into the park, so did one more loop. Dime and four pennies.

Training done for the day. Guess I could start slamming beers and be drunk in my granddaughter's kiddie pool by noon...naw...will leave that to Bode Burnett and his merry band of badasses. Grass ain't going to cut itself.
