At Tempo Intervals (Rolling/Flat Streets). About 20:00 minutes of jogging to shake out. Take off from high school and head over for loops of the park. Interval splits:
10:35 Minutes at 7:47 Average Pace.
2:48 Minutes at 9:07 Average Pace.
11:11 Minutes at 7:34 Average Pace.
Much better overall execution than Tuesday. First one all into/crossways with the 14 mph wind. Watery eyes, darkness, and shadows made proprioception a challenge, but managed with minimal choppiness. Will still need to back it down a few ticks to maximize training effect as tempo time extends longer.
Another 20:00ish minutes of jogging back to the house. Probably be off for icy streets tomorrow.
