Long Run. More like an easy run, only that it lasted an hour and a half. No nice way to sugar coat it; trashed my legs on Friday beyond the level of stupidity. Helped son move yesterday, so not as much recovery as I would like; however, probably didn't hurt to have moved around most of the day.
Splits: 8:23 / 8:17 / 8:15 / 8:15 / 8:14. Topped the mile plus climb on Old Cape Road and things fell into place. 7:58 / 7:57 / 7:52 / 7:49 / 7:52 / 7:52. Back at City Park when time limit expired, so walked home. Got in over eleven miles in just under 1:30:00...real testament run for semi-broke down old man. Time on feet well spent.
