Recovery. Another warm morning. Air sticky, but breeze cool. Stretch out, core exercises, and short tune-up on stationary bike. 2:00 Minutes Up, 3 x 1:00 On - 1:00 Off, and 2:00 Down. 30:00 minute recovery jog to wrap it up. 150+ miles in last three weeks. Legs tired, but no soreness or significant dings. Will take it.
Sunday Post-Run: Recovery mow with four more pennies while pumping gas for the mower. Superset of squats, hip flexor kicks, and ankles.
