Temp 22 (11) Wind 10 mph.
Short Easy Run with Drills and Strides. Originally an off day, but achy hip after running on TM post-hill circuits changed Wednesday evening's plan to only doing some flossing, stretching, and rolling. Little rubbery this morning, but achiness is subsiding.
Switch up works out better since I can get outside this morning. About 20:00 minutes of jogging followed by two full low impact drill sets and two easy strides that did not even crack the 7:00 barrier. Short session felt much more like "putting things back together" rather than "busting more things up". Back inside for leg strength and core.
