Temp 51 (47) Wind 10 mph.
CNS Day. Took a few extra minutes of jogging to shake loose. 2.59 miles at 8:52 average. Hit 6 x hill sprints, then over to other side of creek for about 13:00 minutes of drills and strides. Easy 1.98 miles jog back to the house at 9:03 average pace. Slow twitch fatigued, fast twitch had some pop. A good, productive day.
