Temp 72 Winds Calm.
Run/Walk. Think it is best to put an end to the Endorphin Shift experiment. I'm going to twist my knee, trip myself, fall, or all three. Will switch out the white laces with some black ones to make less conspicuous and wear them around town and to work when I want people to think I'm 6'4". Found another pair of Fastwitch 9s for 50% off, so won't be down a number in my daily shoe rotation.
