Back-to-Back Long Run Day Two. Sort of a misery loves company run. Started with Marcy A. (training for 100M) for first hour. Circled back and picked up CJ and Gene M. Headed downtown. Crossed paths with Paul F. at flood wall and he hopped in for the river, expressway, soccer park segment. Back on the trail and on back to Mo Run Co. Heat index starting to push 90° for last 45 minutes and otherwise easy part of route detoured into "beat down city". Six pennies with a couple of assists.
