Warm-up and cool-down for Dogwood Azelea 5K. 2.25 miles total up including drills and four striders. Last two 4:5X and 5:0X. Started raining on me seconds before I took my first step. Wet socks, shorts, and hat on the starting line.
Go back on the course to get Traci on the cool-down. Bring her in for another PR. She gets away from me at the finish line and end up jogging another 3/4s miles or so looking for her.
