Happy to be dry. Stiff and achy morning, so extended the warm-up. Over to Middle School and hit a couple of striders after only 15:00 minutes of jogging to wake things up. Back to neighborhood and a final strider before ducking into house for water, change of shoes, and a short stretch out. Warm-up of 2.48 miles in 24:18.
Interval Workout: 5 x 5:00 Minutes at 5K / 10K Effort with 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. 6:46 / 6:26 / 6:15 / 6:07 / 6.13. Sluggish. Took a few minutes to get it to where it needed to go, but got there and got done what I was out there to get done. Last one a little slower; however, had the most difficult terrain of the five.
