Back-to-Back Long Run Day Two. Another 130 minutes. Hilly route today, averaged 88 feet of inclines per mile. Unsure going in as to how dicey this may be. Something kicked my ass yesterday. Doubt it was the run or the lift (or both together); maybe the humidity, or maybe the less than fresh coleslaw at Gordonville Grill? Knocked for a loop with a three alarm fire in my GI system yesterday afternoon and last night. Missed supper and could not get much on my stomach pre-run. All things considered, saw no need to test any fueling or hydration strategies this morning, so mixed my leftover EFS from C2C Race with water and took small shots every 2-3 miles.

Dilly-dallied around town for about 15:00 minutes to make sure that I was good to go, then took off out East Main / LaSalle to Highway W and back. Maybe not a wise route choice in my condition, but knowing a blow up would result in a 30-60 minute walk back to civilization, kept the balls in the jock and did not even entertain any thought of getting chippy or doing anything stupid. Going forward, may switch up primary workout next week with some of my other easy daily runs.

Not a PR training run to post on Run Cape Mo Group Page to seek badass kudos, but hey, 130 minutes of aerobic training and 14+ miles of resilience training...I win. Two pennies.
