Temp 60 Winds Calm.
Very Easy 65:00 Minutes. Long day of manual labor yesterday after morning of running and lifting. Lower back gassed. Some sciatic PTs and rolling with pre-run dynamic stretching. Pickings started out looking slim, so started slow-rolling some spots for pay. Longer was out, the better lower back and everything else started feeling. Ended up with quite a bit of OT before heading home. Quarter, five dimes, and nine pennies.
