Weather suffocating. In fact, think I waterboarded myself a couple of times. Couldn't get loose, couldn't keep my head up. Glad I didn't leave much to get in tonight. Out, couple laps around the middle school, and back. Several hills. Very even pace the entire run. 9:13-9:20.
Day off tomorrow. Saturday, will go over to City Park at 7:30 am (same as race time) and run a loop + on the course. Want to hit the cross country section at least twice before I do it live.
