Temp 75 Winds Calm. Humid.
One last spin before race day. First mile at 9:39, then settled in at 9:14 for both of the last two. Expecting to feel fresh. Actually feeling weak?? Not tired; weak. Hope to be better tomorrow...better be better tomorrow.
Something still don't seem quite right (non-running). Symptoms all over the place. Will have one of five or six of this condition, one of four of that condition. Wife wanting me to see a doctor, but all I hear after family, friends, co-workers, etc. my age go, is that they ran every test the insurance would pay for and still only walked out of the place with half a dozen prescriptions and no specific diagnosis. Its not like its stopping me from doing anything, just making it uncomfortable at times to do it. Age??
