Temp 64 Wind 10 mph.
Up and Down for Dogwood-Azalea. Couple miles with CBEM teammate, then parking set-up forces a split for shoe change, drills, striders. Found a quarter. Look around back at starting line, Bryan K. is in, Arkansas boys show up, Travis C. checks in with me about 6:00ish mile splits. We have a race today in near-ideal weather and I trashed myself on Saturday hanging sheetrock. Back is stiff and sore on one side. Pissed. Wise voice shuts me up: "Rearview mirror!" On the starting line = no excuses.
