Temp 32 Wind 2 mph.

Track Intervals. Apex workout of cycle. Jog straight to track and take two laps to prime with strides on the straights. Workout is 4 x 1200 with 200 jog intervals. Approach will be to run first/second one "good" with the objective of organically getting to fast(er) as early in workout as possible.

Average Paces on 1200s: 7:05 / 6:55 / 6:40 / 6:39.

Held together well and felt about 95% under control start to finish. Did not beat myself up and had another one or two in me. Good, productive day. Easy jog straight back to the house for cool down.
