Afternoon TM Run. 3 x 1.0 mile as warm-up, interval, and cool-down with upper-body lift. Slow, but progressive. Started at 6.8 mph, bumped 0.2 every few minutes, and ended at 7.4 mph. Lift = Two supersets of dumbbell presses, pull ups, kickbacks, dips, dumbbell curls, and chins.
