Long Run. Get to MoRunCo early to hit a few drills to warm up. Only one other (Hammes) thinking the same...go figure. Group running with the marathon crew this morning. JW, AJ, Ambler, Paul F. and Scott D. Arena Park loop and back to pick up AJ. Back out for a downtown, river, trail loop to finish. First twelve at 8:15ish average, last four-plus at 7:45ish. Has warmed to low 70s by the time we were done. One penny.
