Temp 64 Wind 5 mph. Humidity 87% Dew Point 60°.

Strength Intervals. Easy jog over to the blue track. Couple of laps to reorientate my legs and eyes in the darkness. Total of 2.16 miles at 8:09 average pace. About 15:00 minutes of strength intervals that included plyometric jumps, springing, bounding, marching, high knees, and strides. Alternative 1.79 mile route back to base at an 8:16 average pace. Streets here have some of the nastiest, ever-changing camber you'll find. After two days, feeling it in my lower calfs, especially on the right side. One dime.
