Temp 81 Wind 5 mph.

Round two. Ran as warm up for upper body weight circuit training. Still a little flat. Weight workout 4x12 shoulder, bicep, tricep, and chest circuit. Stretched legs during one-minute rest intervals. Blasted core last night, so gave the abs and obs a break.
